Gloucester County was founded in 1686 and is a unique area in that it is a great mix of residential, agricultural and industrial areas. Add the fact that Gloucester County is so closely located to the city of Philadelphia, it makes the area a perfect mix of country and city living. As the county’s slogan says, we really are “Close to Everything and Far From It All”.
